The clients had a brief of one bedroom,hall,kitchen,dining and pooja room for Ground floor whereas First and Second floor area to be dedicated to their two sons. The house is built across a plot of 1914 sqft. having a dimension of 29‘ x 66‘.

The Front elevation comprises of balconies finished in wooden aluminium louvers and terracotta jaali. A plantation box is projected from the facade in front of the terracotta jaali
