The client had a brief of one bedroom, hall and kitchen on Ground floor whereas two spacious bedrooms and family area on First floor. The house is built across a plot of 1500 sqft. having a dimension of 30‘ x 50‘.

A screen facade offers shading, privacy, and security by using a perforated and patterned material placed in the front elevation. It also adds visual interest and a unique aesthetic element to the house's exterior.
